Identify the blockers
We map what is really holding a challenge back: technical, regulatory, commercial, or simply the right people not yet being at the table.
Ecosystem Services
We build coalitions and bring together the right ecosystem players to work on complex challenges. We help identify the blockers, manage stakeholders across company borders and, through co-creation and collaboration, move ideas to the next level.

In collaboration with the City of The Hague
How can Europe move from understanding its digital vulnerabilities to building truly resilient and sovereign digital infrastructure?
Why we do it
We believe that bringing different people, sectors and ideas together is essential to stimulate innovation, and to overcome the challenges on the way to a more sustainable future.
Our ambition: helping to build a better world.
We help the ecosystem take real steps forward by connecting people and encouraging them to look beyond their own frame of reference when searching for solutions.
What we doWhat we do
Complex challenges rarely stall on technology alone. They stall on people, interests and the space between organisations. That is where we come in.
We map what is really holding a challenge back: technical, regulatory, commercial, or simply the right people not yet being at the table.
We bring public and private parties together and keep them aligned, from the first conversation to shared commitments.
Together with the ecosystem we turn promising ideas into concrete initiatives, and keep them moving until they deliver.
How we do it
The formats we use to bring the right players together and turn ideas into action.
We organise events and take care of the full programme: themes, speakers and formats that get the right people talking.
We facilitate round tables where stakeholders from different organisations work through a complex challenge, openly and across company borders.
Full-stack programmes in which we actively build communities and coalitions, from the first connection to joint results.
We help you find the partners and opportunities in the ecosystem that move your ideas to the next level.
